Dead Reckoning is out. Okay, not out but submitted. I have to approve the proof copy. If the e-proof looks good, the book should be available within the next few days. With questions I'll have to order a print proof, which moves things out about 10 days. E-books aren't submitted yet. Computer problems, but I'm working on it.
